Vanta Payroll, LLC is a California limited liability company that provides payroll calculation and record tools to businesses. This overview explains how Vanta Payroll, LLC handles company, employee and payroll information.
Information used for payroll
Vanta Payroll, LLC processes account and company details, worker contact information, compensation, hours, tax-form selections, payroll records and activity records to provide its payroll tools.
Sensitive identifiers
The app's designated identifier fields store only the last four digits of SSNs, taxpayer identification numbers and bank account numbers. Do not enter full identifiers in other fields. A future payout partner would need a separate secure onboarding process for full identifiers.
Access to records
Company access is restricted by membership and permissions. Company administrators manage their company's payroll; employees can access their own available pay records and supported tax-form updates. Authorized platform administrators also have administrative access.
Service providers
Hosting and account services process data to operate Vanta Payroll, LLC's tools. Any future data sharing with payout partners will be disclosed before it begins.
Retention and privacy requests
Payroll records are retained in line with legal requirements. Contact Vanta Payroll, LLC for deletion or privacy requests; records we are legally required to keep are retained as required.
